1. How do I enter?
You can enter the tournament via this website. To enter you need to:-
1. Select a venue.
2. Use the online entry form and pay using a valid debit or credit card.
Click here to be directed to the entry page to complete the entry sheet. If you wish to enter using the postal service and to pay by cheque, please download the entry sheet on this website or phone Shiona or Tony on 0208 405 4778 or e-mail shiona@nationalninesgolf.com to request an entry form.
2. I do not know who my team members will be - does this matter?
Not at this stage. Please enter now and give us your contact details. The names of your fellow team members must be
advised as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days prior to the event entered. However, in the event that your
chosen regional final becomes full, you will be requested to confirm your team members in order to retain your
reservation in that event.
3. I can’t make the date of my nearest regional final – can I play at another venue?
Yes. A team may play in any regional final they choose, and may play in more than one regional final. See rules for
further clarification (click here).
4. My handicap is 27 – can I enter?
Yes, however all players will be restricted to a handicap of 24 and will be given an allowance of ¾ of his handicap. Ie:
no player will receive more than 18 shots on the day.
5. Can my team enter more than 1 regional final?
Yes, however if a team wins a regional final they will not be eligible to win a second event. See rules for further
clarification (click here).
6. My club already have a team – can I still enter another team from the same club?
Yes. A club may have as many teams represent them as they wish.
7. My club does not appear on the list of eligible clubs – why is this?
Your club may not fulfil all the criteria. If your club is a 9-hole course affiliated to your national golf union and handicap
qualifying competitions are held there but does not appear on the list of eligible clubs, please let us know. Please

8.How can my club get involved in hosting a regional final in the future?
Please let us know if your club is interested in holding an event. Please phone Shiona or Tony on 0208 405 4778 or e-mail
shiona@nationalninesgolf.com to register your interest and we will contact you in due course.
9. Can ladies enter as part of a team?
Teams must consist of 3 male golfers. Ladies have their own event played in a matchplay format (click here to go to
Ladies section).
